Preaching correct Theology does not bring people into The Kingdom. Neither do [Insult edited]. As well, chatty welcomes to guests and sweet little smiles from tender hearts bring no new souls to Salvation. We can know this because no examples of these three methods are either commanded or demonstrated as such in Scripture.

However, if any if these three methods are first preceded by the immense physical Power of The Holy Spirit, then some people, just a "few," will find the Narrow Way.

I have not the desire nor the skills to be a [Insult edited]. As well, I work for a living, having been prepared and placed by The Gracious Lord.

So you just criticize those who have done the job which you refuse to do?

Have you ever heard the old saying, "Don't criticize a man until you have walked a mile in his moccasins?"

I know many men who pastor a congregation who are not [edited] They are men who serve as "tentmakers." So, asking you how long you've been a pastor does not assume the pastorate is how you put bread on your table or pay your bills.

Possibly not, but the reverse rather seems to keep people out of the Kingdom.
'But if they had stood in My counsel, and had caused My people to hear My words, then they would have turned them from their evil way and from the evil of their doings' (Jeremiah 23:22).

There seems to be two extremes, equal in error but in different directions. One is what John Piper referred to as the "professionalization of the ministry". This, IMHO, is a path that transforms a church into a para-church organization. And then there is the reaction - a "dumbibng down" of the church as the congregation rejects edification and the importance of doctrine for "spiritual" ignorance. This, IMHO, leads to heresy.
