I'm sure that it didn't help that he's been on tv a few times lately talking about gun violence.

 

The constitution merely says that the President should notify Congress. It can be done in writing and has been done in writing in the past by the Founding Fathers. Since you already know that, why do you pretend differently?

 

Do you think it is because he is a poor speaker or because he only parrots the leftist line? Isn't he on a downward spiral if he wants a UN job just so he can hang around?

 

You're confused. I didn't pretend anything . Nor did I say it couldn't be done in writing. The Democrat Presidents, like a long line of Democrat and Republican Presidents before them chose to do it via television. Get over it.

Most people are to busy working three jobs because the economy is so great to watch boring political speeches.
