    Seriously, in the upper left hand corner you will see

    "Baptist Board
    The truth shall make you free"

    just underneath that you will see "user CP" click that on, than on the left panel click on edit.

    It does not have a pencil beside those sections, allowing me to edit them.

    I tried to click on and all around, but it would not allow me to. Maybe I am doing something wrong. I would really like to change my denomination on my profile and add more detail to my statement of faith.

    If you are going to change denominations (like to be a Baptist and legitimately post here or to take away Baptist and not be able to post here) you must pm an administrator who can make such changes. These were set when you "joined".

    (I've forgotten how to help you so try someone else!! :laugh: )

    I have the same problem. When I originally filled out the "about me" section I had 31 years in the ministry. Now I have 37 years in the ministry but the way the system is set up I am not allowed to change it.

    It is kind of like the "edit" function. It times out and disallows you to edit your own posting.

    Seems like anal retentive, dictatorial, authoritarian insanity to me, but that's just my opinion.

    For some people freedom and liberty are a way of life. For others they are not happy unless they, and they alone, get to tell everyone what to do. Usually "for your own good." :(
