    Well, Clinton's standard look was just that. And he was firmly esconced in the camera shot, as usual :laugh: I think Chelsea's look was more telling.

    Ps104 is right....we may have an October surprise in May. You cannot underestimate the Clintons' thirst for power. Hillary is not going down without a fight, and if she has to burn the village to "save" it for herself, she will.

    Senator Obama has distanced himself so far away from Pastor Wright that it will look silly for anyone to bring up Pastor Wright now and it will hurt Senator McCain's chances if he or his supporters do so.

    I'm not so sure. Obama has made his judgement the cornerstone of his campaign, that he's a new way of thinking. If he is continually deemed to have poor judgement vis-a-vis his relationships with social and political alliances, his credibility will suffer. Obama's failure to immediately dissasociate himself with Wright, and his attempts to keep him at arms length only to pull him close when needed makes Obama look like old Washington politics. I don't think Wright will hurt him in Nov if Wright is out of the picture. But if Wright keeps rearing his ugly head, or if more comes out...well, you never know.
