The Pennsylvania case by Congressman Kelly is likely to be heard by the SCOTUS and Senator Ted Cruz has agreed to stand ready to give the oral arguments.

Sydney Powell has filed her Georgia case with the SCOTUS and said 3 other state cases should be heard this week.

Especially like the sound of this case:
The state of TEXAS has filed a BIG multi-state case: Just twelve hours after it was filed, the US Supreme Court has officially put Texas's lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin on the docket, meaning the case will be heard.

Not a chance that the SCOTUS will overturn anything. The SCOTUS has no interest in destroying the representative constitutional republic from which it derives its power.

Would this be the same SCOTUS that knows the Dems intend to destroy the 3 Party System by packing the court they sit on, that experienced the corruption of the Dems first hand during their confirmation hearing and are a majority of Constitutional Originalists who deeply regard our rights to a free and fair election - that the SCOTUS you talking about? The PA one was just an injunction, nothing about the merits of the case, Texas is the one to watch and it's on the docket.

My prediction as to what they'll end up doing, not sure. Years ago, diehard liberals swore Bush v Gore would go their way and it almost did - after certification. There's always:

not the case the cheaters should worry about. Try:

Search - Supreme Court of the United States

certification ain't all that - try Dino Rossi, certified twice and still victimized by election fraud. Then there's Hawaii in the election of 1960.

Only the first round and you been trying to claim victory (...and EWF likes your thinking ;) ) since before anyone stepped into the ring. [IMG]

Media (FAKE NEWS) attention to the safe-harbor milestone prompted the Trump campaign to issue a public statement earlier Tuesday arguing that the date is of little consequence.

“The ‘Safe Harbor Deadline’ is a statutory timeline that generally denotes the last day for states to certify election results,” Trump lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis said. “However, it is not unprecedented for election contests to last well beyond December 8.”

“Justice Ginsburg recognized in Bush v. Gore that the date of ‘ultimate significance’ is January 6, when Congress counts and certifies the votes of the Electoral College,” they added. “The only fixed day in the U.S. Constitution is the inauguration of the President on January 20 at noon. Despite the media trying desperately to proclaim that the fight is over, we will continue to champion election integrity until legal vote is counted fairly and accurately.”

It is very unlikely Supremes will get involved. I would be shocked if they heard the Texas case.

It looks more and more likely the dems will pull off the steal.

    peace to you

She is a Catholic. Her first concern should be protecting the kids from pedofiles.

Good point. The Dems may have even more to worry about than just these cases.

The SCOTUS has already accepted the case and put it on the docket. I also hear that 7 more states have just joined in the Texas lawsuit. I'm hearing this big lawsuit is why the Pennsylvania case was ignored, so they could address this all at once.

Whatever you Trump acolytes have to tell yourselves to get through the night. The SCOTUS is not going to overturn Biden's victory, whether they hear this bogus filing or not.

Sorry Ken, don't mean to get you all worked up before beddy-bye time. Take 2 of these [IMG] and try not to worry yourself too much over your premature claims of victory.
