Dallas pastor named successor to Jesse Jackson as President and CEO of Rainbow PUSH Coalition

Frederick Douglass Haynes, III has been named President and CEO of Rainbow PUSH Coalition after Jesse Jackson officially announced his retirement last month.

Haynes will remain the senior pastor of Friendship-West Baptist Church, Dallas, Texas.

He earned a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1996.

Just curious - if anyone on this board attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and may have known Haynes?
