Getting $932 from Senate plan, $352 from House plan.
Both the house and senate bills would have me switch to a "standard deduction" from the typical itemized deduction.
Why don't they scrap ALL deductions, and everyone irregardless of income pay a flat 8%, and all business pay 5% with foreign - including the outsourced business who import to sell paying 10%?
The government would have plenty to fund all their programs, people would be happier, and the economy would thrive, and it could be easily done on a postcard.
It is just a logical way of doing business!

I forgot about the democrat use of logic.
