Is this a good School or what? My brother-in-law went there and recieved his doctorate. I am a little bit suspicious of the quality of the degree as my brother-in-law is KJVO and I don't think he knows the first thing about bible languages.

TTU, while being consevative, has never been truly KJVO. Dr. James Price, the OT Professor (Seminary) there since at least the 70's, was the OT editor of the New King James Bible. There was a very strong King James element in those days, especially among the some of the Bible school students. Some speakers also were very strong in this area, but Dr. Roberson made it clear that teachers were free to use any translation to supplement the class. Most teachers used KJ but not because of a KJV leaning. In those days, many of the supporting Pastors were probably KJVO.
The text that they used in Greek class was the UBS text.
I do not know what other students had, but I personally had 12 hours of Greek and 6 hours of German (Not required) for my BA. For my M. Div. I had 15-18 hours of Hebrew (12 Required) 6 hours of Aramaic (3 Required for OT) and 12 more of Greek. It may be different now, but the languages were more than adequate.
