Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs (R) said the Tennessee county “will not comply” with President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate, vowing to stand against the administration’s “blatant and egregious executive overreach.”

They shouldn't (with the private employers) I can't see how Biden could have that authority. I suspect it will be nullified.
