Texas drought

    The BIG coming shortage is clean. We need a pipeline system from normal flood areas to normal drought areas. This would be a useful job generator which would promote the general welfare.

    I actually floated that idea to our representatives over 5 years ago and they felt is foolishness and ignored the idea. This drought actually started 11 years ago according to the weather forecasters and has progressed to what we are seeing today. A couple days ago I heard a report that the speculation is we have at least 3 more years of this growing problem before there is any break in the pattern. We will see.
