    Obama said to pass the bill - then we will negotiate.

    Thats like saying - we need to pass the bill so we can see whats in it.
    Hmm - where have I heard that before?


    I want to know why Obama is NOT willing to put the ACA for a year. Actually I think I know the answer.

    The individual mandate should be pushed out the same as the employer mandate was. All of the exemptions granted should be revoked also - if the law is not everybody equally, then it is not good for anybody.
