Mail finally came! Had to call the post office and talk to someone there....nothing like getting mail over two hours late!!!

Two hours!!!! Just remember the days when it took two months to get a letter from England to Canada. Even a few short years ago it took two weeks.

We don't have mail delivery on Saturday, and I go to the post office about once a week.

I see blackbird has been up to his tricks while I have been away. Can't any of you do anything with him??

I really ache now, I cam e home and decided to weed the large border in the back garden. I think it took me almost three hours

Well, I may be back later, I am going to veg out with a book.

Blackbird is in the Conning Tower peerin' through the sub's periscope a full 360 degree circle and can sense that there is a dog out to get him--and not only that but there are a couple of ladies and men after him---he says what only a good Skipper would say to his crew

"Dive! Dive! Take her down deep, Helmsman!! Rig for Depth Charge!!"

He looks over at his First Mate(perspiration drippin' from his face) and comments, "If we survive this one we'll be lucky! Send coded message to COMSUBPAC!! NO, wait! Belay that order!!"

Blackbird spies a hidden microphone tucked away behind the bow planeing wheel! The code to COMSUBPAC is the same code as the men's private forum---Barnabas thought it would be easier for Blackbird to remember instead of two seperate codes!! Captain Blackbird wants to know who, what, when, why, and how! Startin' with the galley hand . . .! This may take a while!!
