Okay, having said that, now I'll tell y'all about my busy day!


Okay.. got up, went to church. After church, we had a Father's Day BBQ, I sang, then left. Took my mom and Gram out to eat, then we went to Wal-Mart, and me and my Gram spent almost 2 hours in the fabric section.. :rolleyes:

Then I went back to my Gram's, and me, my mom, my Gram, and my aunt played Rook for awhile.

Then I went back to church this evening, we were honoring our pastor, who's been at our church for 58 years, and it went great!
My Jr. High choir sang "Thank You", and they were terrific, and the sermon was short, because our pastor was still crying...

Stayed after to visit for a bit, and tell the choir how great they did.. Finally got home around 9:00, and here I am!

And now I'm just a tad bit sleepy, so I'm only gonna be on for a bit, then I'm gonna go sew for awhile, and then go to bed.. doubt I'll be able to sleep, though. So I might be back later.

But I'm on for a little bit, now

Oh...blackbird is not asleep...he is over there waiting on rsr...he has a plan.....hmmmmmm...none the less...he has not moved....


Sherrie leaves "The Coffee Shop" heading North down Main Street. Glance around...and see's Main Street Baptistboard....the lights are always on!

It's kinda boring in here alone.. maybe we should install some pinball machines, or somethin'...

Good Morning Everyone. Monday has come around very quickly hasn't it. It is another bright, sunny and hot day already here in Gloucester (U.K.) I hope you all have a good day and will call in for a long cold drink later. Do we have homemade lemonade on the drinks list? or would you like me to make some?

Lemonade sounds good, Sheila.. the menu at The Coffee Shop is always up for renovations!

I finished the first one on Saturday, I think, and bought material for a new one, today.

White Castle is a really nasty fast food restaurant.. ick!

Well Done AuDzy, I wish I could sew. You found the material you liked then? Do you do patchwork with all the bits left over? My friend in Wales does the most beautiful patchwork, and her crochet work is wonderful :eek:

AUDREY IS LAYING DOWN THE LAW!!

I was just over reading under my missionary thread, and I read something that I realized I'd read before.. it was here in the Coffee shop.

We will NOT be bringing unpleasant arguments and petty disagreements from other threads into this one.
If y'all remember correctly, this is a thread in which to relax and be pleasant. While I agree with this unpleasant statement that was brought here, we will be leaving our troubles, disagreements, and dislikes at the door.

SO CUT IT OUT!

And that's all I have to say about that.
