Does it bother you that she lied about being a Native American, to secure a cushy job, meant for a Native American ?

Do you think America is bothered by it ?

Do you think she's electable ?

She's also made a ton of money off the foreclosure laws, and now that she's benefitted, she wants the laws changed.

How much do you really know about this woman ?

And not to be nitpicky, but the lecture is from June of 2007.

What a stupid answer. This is a speech about family earning and spending. Listen to the lecture and see why families have much less money now than back in the 1970's.

Your answer is like the man who said, "I don't like ice tea."

"Have you ever drank a glass of ice tea?"

"No," he replied, "I just don't like it."

You didn't watch it either, or you would have gotten the date right, Genius.

Anyway, just another liar you're willing to excuse because you think she's out to "stick it to the man", when you're too ignorant to realize she IS the man.

Her lecture is on economics. That is her area of expertise and in that area in this lecture I trust her. She gives a very clear explanation of why the middle class is in trouble ... and it isn't political.

Yes I watched the lecture. I wouldn't post a link if I had not done so. The lecture was uploaded to You Tube on Jan. 31st, 2008. She became a senator in 2013. It is not a political speech.

Anyway, just another liar you're willing to excuse because you think she's out to "stick it to the man", when you're too ignorant to realize she IS the man.

As I said, this is not a political speech. Try listening to it and stop speaking from prejudicial ignorance.

Why would I spend an entire hour listening to a lecture from a KNOWN liar ?

And why would you ?

So remain ignorant. But your ignorance does amuse me greatly at times and your refusal to become informed is sad ... tragic in fact for you in the long run and you will never realize why.

Only an idiot would trust a liar.

So much stupid in one sentence. The lecture was given in June of 2007. Like I said, nitpick, but it does display your appalling lack of attention to detail.

Not going to listen to a liar. You can. And it is a political speech, by a politician. A lying one, at that.

Is that why I do not trust you?

As a wise man said:

"Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity."

Live on in your ignorance. I truly feel sorry for you.

I hate to break this to you, but you are considered the most UNINFORMED member of this board. It's because you trust liars like this.

Off topic/still waiting for you to show us all those White Supremacists in the Tea Party, Mr. Information……..

From you I take that as a compliment.

You would not believe me. Your mind is set and you do not want to be bothered by any facts that might interfere with any of your pet false beliefs.

You won't even read or listen to learn.

Meh, I'm about halfway through. I'm no fan of Elizabeth Warren but not really seeing anything outrageous about what she is saying in this lecture. I don't know if it is all that prophetic for the time but I think most people would agree that the trends are unsettling to say the least. A lot of this is considered almost common knowledge today. Is the takeaway supposed to be that she "saw all of this coming."

Or you can't find them. That's more along the lines of what I think.

You won't even read or listen to learn.
I do not suffer liars. I won't listen to her, because I have heard more than enough already.

She talks with a forked tongue. I consider her one of the more dangerous politicians in America, due to mostly her doe-eyed following. Nobody would let a conservative do what she did, then expect anyone to waste an entire hour on a speech from them.

Class warfare ? I've heard enough.

Why do you continue to talk to me. You have called me a liar in numerous times?

Continue on in your happy ignorance.

You jump to such ridiculous conclusions ... class warfare in this lecture. That would be high comedy if it were not so ill informed.

She dramatically shows how the middle class has been and is being reduced ... from primarily one income earners in the 1970's to two income earners now and now having less money on hand, how personal debt has grown while saving has been reduced.

I thought her finding that a woman with a 16 year old child in the 1970's was less likely to be working than a woman now with a 6 month old child. That is a sad affair. Where are the family values in such an economy?

I would not listen to a lecture by you, or take any advice from you, believe that.

And you be happy in your aura of intellectual superiority. If you think listening to her makes you more informed than me, go for it. I'm going to point out her lies whenever I see anyone praise her.

Some of the smarter liberals are waking up to this woman….

Warren’s claim to fame, which made her the darling of proglodytes, is as a champion of the underdog against avaricious corporations. In the debate, Brown cast doubt on this image when he questioned Warren’s decision to represent Travelers Insurance in its 2009 attempt to avoid paying compensation to thousands of workers with asbestos poisoning. Warren insisted that by representing Travelers (“it was an insurance company versus another insurance company” she later explained), she actually helped the poisoned workers by getting Travelers to set up a trust fund, which was better than nothing. The settlement was later negated by the Supreme Court, leaving the victims with nothing.

Less clear is how Warren was aiding the downtrodden when she represented LTV Steel in 1995, when they attempted to renege on health & pension benefits to thousands of retired coal miners.

Warren has also served, in an advisory or litigating capacity, the following clients in their attempts to use Chapter 11 legalities to avoid liabilities for asbestos poisoning:

Kaiser Aluminum
Dow Chemical
Johns Manville
National Gypsum
Fuller Austin
Fairchild Aviation
Piper Aircraft
Babcock & Wilcox Company
Pittsburgh Coming Corporation
Owens Coming Corporation
Armstrong World Industries, Inc.
W.R. Grace & Company
G-1 Holdings, Inc.
United States Gypsum Corporation
Federal-Mogul Global, Inc.
North American Refractories Company….

…We now have compelling and damning evidence that Elizabeth Warren is an hypocrite, a compulsive liar, a cheat, an impostor, a perjurer, and a felon. In an earlier age, a person of Warren’s low character would have been labeled a ‘scoundrel.’ Today, she’s called a ‘progressive hero.’

But hey — Warren gave a speech on youtube that thrilled the proglodytes (they do love their demagoguery!) So the Dem Machine in Chicago tapped her for the Mass. Senate race. Like obama before her, the Dems didn’t give a hoot about a proper vetting. And now, like with obama, the Dems reflexively defend their candidate, Warren, for truly indefensible conduct.

Elizabeth Warren is unfit to hold office. (If justice be served, she’ll soon trade that hideous red blazer for an orange jumpsuit.) No true liberal in Massachusetts, who values honesty and integrity, can vote for Warren with a clear conscience. They must cast their ballot for either Socialist Laura Garza, independent Bill Cimbrilo, or, (gasp) Scott Brown…..
