US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director Tom Homan confirmed on Thursday the man arrested in connection to setting a fire in Sonoma County Wine Country in California is a TWICE-DEPORTED ILLEGAL ALIEN.

Jesus Fabian Gonzalez was arrested several times but ICE was never notified because he was arrested in a 'sanctuary county'.

The deadly fires in northern California have caused over $1 billion in damages. 42 people have died in the fires.

Homan also confirmed that ICE has issued detainer requests for Jesus Fabian Gonzalez five times now in the past year alone, including the one issued on October 16 in relation to his most recent arrest on suspicion of arson. All of the arrests were made “by Sonoma County on various felony and misdemeanor charges,” according to Homan.

Sonoma County is considered a sanctuary jurisdiction and does not fully cooperate with federal immigration officials. That includes not honoring ICE detainer requests. “ICE was never notified of Mr. Gonzalez’ various releases,” Homan wrote in the statement regarding Gonzalez.

There were several fires in the region, and it is not clear what role the fires Gonzales allegedly set played in the overall disaster. But seems like the un-American policies of Sonoma County has just bit them. They should NOT get one penny of American taxpayer help since they opted not to obey the laws of America.

And, if this is true, Gonzales should be tried and executed for murder.

And as well, the county should be billed for all costs involved in the fires - INCLUDING the rebuilding of lost homes/property. Oh, and hold the county officials for being an accessory to the deaths!!

The people who released him should be charged with murder as well.

The fires are the fault of the California tree hugging nuts. If they would clear back vegetation and trees, the fire would not do much damage.

I have a few pecan trees and some fruit trees around my house. Then I have 100 yards of hayfield in all directions around the trees. If a wildfire got to my woods, it would never get to the house. When you have your house cleared around, you can set a back fire going away from the house and be perfectly safe. I underburn my wooded land every few years, (something else the leftists hate.)

My wife and I just returned from visiting her brother in Ukiah, which is 60 miles from Santa Rosa, which lost many homes and business to the fire... My wife's best friend lost her home, in fact her whole neighborhood is gone... I cannot fathom the devastation, it is beyond my comprehension... I have seen devastation in war and those who have seen it have an understanding of it somewhat but unless it has effected you personally, you have no idea... This is the first time I've heard of what TC has related from Dr. Bob as their are all sorts of rumors going around... Pacific Gas and Electric has been blamed for the fires, because of faulty maintenance and down lines... ISIS has also been blamed... We can also blame the long drought that made the areas where the fires devastated everything in its path, a tinder box... That is all I know for now and until we learn the real truth if we ever do, all we hear is just a rumor... Pray for the fire victims... Brother Glen

Another rumor about the cause is that the cartels were burning each others' marijuana crops.
