oh great...today is the 3rd anniversary of my mother's death. And one of my nice church ladies just brought me some homemade chocolate chip cookies to let me know she was praying for me today. :(

    Anyone want a cookie?

aw, that was really sweet. I know today is a hard day. I struggled recently on the anniversary of my dad's death, too.

    Eat the cookies, man!

Bless you heart, Pastor! Is there anyone you can take those cookies to and get them out of your sight?

    Take care!

Found a great website that I use to use daily, but got out of the habit when in Hawaii. It has great resources including a daily log, goals, activities, etc... Here it is:

(edited to remove link - please PM AF to get the site)

Not if it is construed to be advertising for a site.

I, myself, had to remove a link I posted in a thread today.

What is the difference in how there is links in the original post of this thread giving links to different diet websites? That is all AF was doing, posting a link to a website that might be helpful to a dieter? It is not like he was advertising for someone to buy something.

I am not sure what they call it, but I call it pretty cool. It is nice to have to tighten your belt inteast of loosen it. [IMG]

I stopped in the grocery store yesterday and the clerk said to me "Wow, you have lost so much weight, you look wonderful. You are not going to lose anymore are you?"

I told her I was sure going to try. [IMG]

I am going to brag a little. Although I have only lost one pound, but I went on a cruise where they told us that we might gain 2 pounds per day. Now on a 11 day cruise that it "gasp" 22 pounds.

I did NOT gain one pound! And I ate three meals a day.

I do need to lose 20 pounds so I beginning to work on that and have lost 2 pounds as of this morning. That's a start.

    You all are inspiring me!

Three pounds this week. But I am beginning to get hungry. :( But I will celebrate a small victory. A step at a time...a pound at a time.
