    Yes, Jamie, apparently we'll have to rely on a Democratically-controlled Congress to have any oversight over this apparently rogue executive branch at all.

    I will be as critical of Democrats when they are in power in the area of protecting our liberties as I am of Republicans, or the members of any other party or any independents in power.

    I hope you are not including me in your use of the word "you". I am not a member, or supporter, of any political party. I have voted for candidates of various parties during my 31 years of voting and I intend to continue to vote for the candidate I want to win, regardless of his/her party or independent status.
