    The elect ! Those wriiten in the Lambs boof of Life from the foundation ! Rev 13:8

    8And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

    It's the same Lamb of Jn 1:29 !

    They were placed there before the world began ! Rev 17:8


    8The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

    refers to God knowing they would be saved, by electing them unto eternal life in christ, still HAD to receive Him by faith though!

    then Jesus and his Apostles taught salvation by works!

    For ALL of them stated for it is bygrace we are saved, not of works, and one believes unto Jesus to have eternal life!

    At least you and I agree with the Bible that one has to place faith in Jesus in order to be justified by God!

    You believe like those who teach salvation by works ! The resurrection of Jesus Christ proved that those Christ died for have been Justified by God Rom 4:25

    25Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.

    We can argue about election all day long, but the bottom line is that salvation, whether by our choice or God's choice, does indeed require a response from us.

    If you believe that, you deny Justification before God by the Blood of Christ ! Rom 5:9

    9Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

    Because there is no truth in the false gospel you preach.
