So who is going to win this years Masters?

The field is wide open, there are some many guys who could pull it off. Chris Dimarco has the lead, though play was suspened in the 1st round because of the weather.

What say you?

I dont think Phil will win again, but id love to see that. Tiger's driving is awful, he wont win. watch Els to come back to under par today, and Singh is a big chance. DiMarco never stays around. I think it will be a race between Singh and Els.

Singh, Mickelson involved in metal spike flap
By DOUG FERGUSON, AP Golf Writer

AUGUSTA, Ga. (AP) -- Phil Mickelson bared his soles at the Masters.

The defending champion started his short day at Augusta National by making a birdie on the dangerous par-3 12th. Minutes later, he was stopped in the 13th fairway by a rules official who wanted to see the bottom of his shoes following a complaint by Vijay Singh that Mickelson's spikes were too long.

Their spat over spikes carried into the Champions Locker Room during a rain delay Friday, where two men with green jackets had a pointed confrontation about whether Lefty's shoes were damaging the greens.

Oh please.

Well Dimarco is hanging in there. Tiger is bouncing back. And Phil or Vijay could get to the lead. Ahh the Masters, you gotta love it!

The spike mark deal is sorta a big deal because you are not allowed to repair spike marks on the green from another player. With everyone walking up to the hole it can get a bit bumpy on the greens. With these greens being as tricky as they are that could be a big deal.

The question is why won't they let them repair spike marks?

Tiger is -6 today for a total of -4 going into the third round. Shot an untouchable 66 in the second round. I think I spoke too soon...

Tiger is -9 today. DiMarco still is in the lead at -13. Thats a surprise. We will see if he can hold on to win, that would be big for him. Has he ever won a major?

I don't know if DiMarco has, and if Tiger keeps shooting like he is, DiMarco won't be sporting the green jacket this evening.

He shot 65 (Woods) third round. Man.

It's going to be a wonderful afternoon.

Phil can't do it, not the way Tiger is playing now. Even if a person doesn't like Tiger Woods, they still have to appreciate what he has done these last two days.
