    Uh, no, I didn't attribute that belief to you. I simply noted that was what you said and disagreed with your assessment of what Arminians believe.

    Arminians believe in "prevenient grace." It is this grace that gives the unbeliever the ability to believe.

    The difference, as I see is, is that they had to invent a new form of grace (well, actually they borrowed it from the Catholic Church) to avoid believing that faith is the result of regeneration. :)

    I agree, but believe our Mediator defends us when the Accuser charges us with sin by His saying, "Already paid for" and God, the Judge of All, says, "Case dismissed." :)

    The "Arminian's" that I know believe that men must believe in order to be saved. But just as "Calvinists" are not always Calvinists, Arminianians are not always from Arminianians. O O or something like that.

    But I did take, in error, your statement to be attributing that belief to me. And yes, I do believe that Arminianism views faith as a prerequisite to salvation (and regeneration).
