    Only if you look short term. Long term the markets have outperformed SS 10 fold. The current system will not pay me for my golden years, it will be bankrupt. Just a small portion of it in the market would save it for me. As it is I am paying for something I will never receive.

    Privatization is the only solution offered so far that saves the system. Even Obama's tax increases only buy a little more time before it goes broke.

    Well then of course more tax increases will be due because the American people have an unlimited supply of money. Tax increases should never come to an end. Pony up you patriotic American!
