An extremely disturbing video showing a mother physically restraining her crying toddler while he is seemingly given a tattoo has gone viral for all the wrong reasons. People across the globe are expressing outrage at the brazen act of what many are calling child abuse.

What some people think is good for their children. I believe it was either the 60's or 70's when so many parents had to pierce their little ones ears, now I guess it is done ever day. At the health clinic last week they were showing the work being done to help kids by giving them shots and so on and everyone of the little girls had ear rings, can afford ear rings but not shots. What we parents think is important will surprise a lot of us.

I didn't watch the video but could it possibly be a tattoo for radiation? I don't know how large the tattoo is and if you can see it in the video but I know that those to receive radiation need to be tattooed in order to make sure that the radiation is given at the same location each time.
