Maybe Kentucky will insert a provision requiring any gubernatorial candidate to be an active member of a bluegrass band.

all states have some stupid laws and other old junk that does not apply anymore, and some never should have, I'm glad some of it is being taken care and gotten rid of. as more should be.

I think that provision should stay in the Kentucky Constitution. We don't want anyone dueling again. :tongue3::laugh::smilewinkgrin:

As a proud Kentuckian I approve of the oath against dueling. There should also be an oath stating the Governor has bathed at least once a week.:applause:
