    Outgoing Congressional Democrats gave their staffers significant pay bonuses in the final quarter of 2010.

    I mean really? This is exactly why the whole system is broken! We need to reduce Congressional pay to the average income of US residents, eliminate perks, and require the electorate to vote on all pay and perk legislation.

    What a broken system...wholesale change is the only thing that'll fix it.
