Acts 28:28 says The Gentiles will hear it. This proves that total depravity is false at least for Gentiles. Of course the Bible never tells the truth according to Calvinism.

Could a ELECT HOLY SAINT believe without the HOLY SPIRIT? CAN he stay independently alive without God?

Gentiles can hear the Gospel. Only Jews have been blinded. The Holy Spirit convicts men of there sin. He does not regenerate men. The Bible does not say that He regenerates. You still have your old sin nature and you still sin, That does not sound like regeneration to me. Regeneration is suppose to make us Holy and there is not one holy person here.
