Derek Chauvin, Human Sacrifice - Ann Coulter

"In modern America, we periodically offer up white men as human sacrifices to the PC gods. "

    ...

"Currently, Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin is on trial for killing George Floyd by kneeling on his neck, as it appeared in cellphone videos. You may remember something about this: It’s why America had to burn in 2020.

But the chief medical examiner’s report establishes that, however else Floyd died, it wasn’t from Chauvin’s knee. Oopsie! I guess it wasn’t absolutely essential that our country go through eight months of looting, riots and mostly peaceful arsons.

In lieu of citing some B.S. media “fact check,” I shall quote directly from the autopsy report by the Hennepin County Chief Medical Examiner, Andrew Baker:

    “No life-threatening injuries identified —"

Nonsense. If he’s found guilty it will because he stayed on Mr. Floyd’s neck for 2:45 seconds after being told he had no discernible pulse.

    He’s no martyr.

Ann does a great job. Here's another spot-on gem:

I have a feeling we’re about to see another example of the left not accepting science.

In addition to liberals refusing to accept the science of:

    — DNA (the O.J. trial)

    — AIDS (we’re still waiting for that big heterosexual outbreak!)

    — Cancer clusters and breast implants (billions of dollars wasted and companies destroyed because of the left’s adherence to junk science)

    — I.Q. (just watch the reaction to my mentioning this hate-science) …

… we can now add “pharmacology”!

You mean to say that just by sticking a syringe in someone’s arm you can tell if he’s been taking drugs? That’s a lot of mumbo-jumbo, just like the moon landing.

    Amen Brother.

Science, see post 5 in my interesting article thread. Granted it covers very few examples but I challenge all of you to either call and ask or go online and count obits for 2019 and 2020 of your local funeral homes. Post your results.

Methinks we have been lied to,

    That is science.

    Still being lied to.

I wonder if George Floyd was white, and the police man black, how many on here would be defending the police man?

No need to question people’s motives on this issue. Most, maybe all I think, on BB are supporting the police and race has no bearing on this case.

It’s not “black vs white”. It’s “good guy vs bad guy”.

Police have a very difficult job. Their lives are in constant danger and the hatred directed toward them from the general public in some areas is unprecedented. Many people make bold lies about police conduct that is carried by a biased media.

Almost all of these types of incidents are justified use of force.

In this case, however, I see clear violations of law by police.

    peace to you

Possible, I guess. For the record, the last time I thought I was wrong, I turned out to be right.

    I’ve seen one racist rant.

No need to paint with a broad brush.

    peace to you

What expert has decided that has contributed to his death.

I haven’t seen all the testimony, so I don’t know if any “expert” witness has directly addressed that question.

As I stated earlier, there was a second autopsy completed by a doctor hired by the family. That doctor claimed to see evidence of asphyxiation from the knee to the neck.

That doctor should testify and present whatever medical evidence he found to support that conclusion.

The coroner’s report stated there was no evidence of asphyxiation.

As for as “expert” testimony goes, it will be difficult, imo, to overcome a reasonable person’s (jury member) perception that a knee to the neck will complicate breathing and staying on the neck for 2:45 seconds after being told there was no discernible pulse constitutes a deliberate act of violence that led to Mr. Floyd’s death.

The defense had its work cut out for them. From what I’ve seen, they are doing a pretty good job: discounting the major mistake of replaying the video of Mr. Floyd’s body being rolled over.

    peace to you

Also to consider, if your scenario were true, how many riots would there have been protesting "this" death??

It just occurred to me the defense may have to call the coroner as a witness to get the report into evidence.

That sets up the possibility of the prosecution attempting to discredit the coroner who conducted the autopsy.

If the prosecution makes the case the coroner’s report is inaccurate, how many other cases will be immediately appealed on the same basis.

It puts the prosecution in a tough spot.

    peace to you

No one stormed the White House, or any other part of the Capitol.

Should someone make a similarly cynical comment wondering if those here condeming Chauvin would yet support Floyd if in his drugged condition he had gotten on top of Chauvin and actually crushed the officer's trachea killing him?

You know, there are some similarities between the death of Floyd and this event - someone died, on the sixth, it was some woman named Ashli. She was unarmed and shot on sight by some CH cop who's supposedly black, He DID kill her and he's walking free as a bird. Maybe that answers the Englishman's here question.

Exactly. If the races were reversed, there would be little national attention, if any.
