Syracuse University former Student John Noakes was dismissed from
school for an assault he said he did NOT commit.

The student was NOT charged by police.

He'll win it, just like Paul Nungesser won his Title IX case against Columbia and Mattress Girl.

These cases should all be referred to the police, as university's have proven incapable of prosecuting them in a serious manner.
