Ronnie Floyd endorsed the "Reset 2016" or "Together 2016" conference in this letter, calling it
A gathering of people from all backgrounds of life and every ethnicity joining together in one place, at one time, for one day to unite around Christ and His hope for America and the World

The "vision" since it's inception has been charismatic and ecumenical, this video records the Nick Hall stating,
On July 16th we're going to see all of these waves collide. Catholics, and Lutherans, and Evangelicals, and Charismatics. Literally rallying across the nation saying "You know what? We may not say the same things but we're on the same team. We're lifting up Jesus and we're going to saturate this nation. And that could change the world!"

Encouragement to fellowship with those who do not follow what the Bible teaches
July 16, 2016 is the day when this generation lays down what divides us and lifts up Jesus who unites us. On a day of unified prayer, worship, and a call for catalytic change, we will meet on the National Mall to declare that Jesus changes everything.

Why is the SBC supporting this? Why is universal church doctrine and ecumenism so prevalent? It's disheartening.
