I understand. But because a jury acquits a person does not necessarily mean they are not guilty of murder. Also morally guilty is different from legally guilty.

Morality and legality are two different things. Yes abortion is legal. I also think it is immoral.

It was legal to hold slaves in former times here. I think it was legal, but immoral.

It was legal to force the Cherokee and others to migrate to reservations in Oklahoma and other places. It was legal, but to me, immoral.

This type of list could go on a long way.

 

Yes he can. He supports the policy of abortion and doesn't feel guilty about it at all. Why would you expect any different on this issue?
