Trump Caves

The bottom line is this, Trump had to call out the Dems on their fraud, they pretend to be for protecting the border when they know it won’t happen and they know if Trump gets this money for the wall he will make it happen. The Dems lies and Trump bringing out the truth SHOULD BE the focus here!

Trump is using the leverage he has to expose these Democrat lies but to turn on him and call him a liar for his tactics of playing the game necessary to get the Dems into the position to expose these fraud lying Democrats and do this while ignoring the endgame that Trump is playing is naïve at best. This fight isn’t over until only one person is left standing in the ring and in reality when it amounts to “caving” it is those on the sidelines that “cave” here (falling for the Left’s favorite argument) and apparently would either rather accept the lies of the Dems as truths or are willfully neglecting that Trump’s strategy must change as the cards are dealt and they are merely foaming at the mouth to call Trump a liar when he is the one forcing all the cards to be put on the table in order that we not only get to the truth in the matter but ACTUALLY get the job done in the end.

From my perspective it would be funny to watch all the people that jump on the “Trump caved” bandwagon if it wasn’t for the lack of loyalty for the man who is sacrificing so much for the people’s behalf, to me that makes it rather sad and confirms that no wonder nothing has been getting done on this matter for the last few decades…

 

Someone please explain what leverage Trump can wield to make sure he gets funding for the Wall.

Not even gonna try. I will say his presidency so far has been full of surprises and he hasn’t lost many of his fights. It remains to be seen what he will do.

 

At the begging of the shutdown, asked if it would help, with a shrug Trey Gowdy said, ultimately the matter will be settled by public opinion. I believe he made a good point and saw the shutdown as a maneuver.

Pelosi is lying about wanting to protect the border and stop illegal immigration, she is acting like a witch, and she is putting politics ahead of the people. Anyone being intellectually honest knows the progressive Dems value the illegal immigrant voting base more than protecting this country. Trump cared enough about people not getting paid that he took the heat for changing his mind on strategy. What is Trump doing wrong? What part about Trump’s fighting to get the border protected does not display more heart for that fight to actually get it done than that of any of predecessors? …yet people, their thinking guided by the media, attempt to ridicule his every effort. When will attackers learn he doesn’t care about those tactics and is in it for the win?

Pelosi is rich, probably from killing babies. She is a feminist like most Dem women. She takes botox to control some disease and that is the reason for her face being so twisted. She wears extremely expensive clothes and forces the military to fly her around at taxpayer expense.

Schumer is a mooch. He used to beg Trump for campaign donations. He too likes the idea of killing babies. He is a beta male like most Dem males.

You ask the best question. Cruz spoke on the Senate floor and said that the Dems would not allow the Coast Guard to be paid. Due to an error in the law, they are not lumped in with the other military.

Schumer is out of touch.

Personally, I would abolish the 3/5ths rule in the Senate. It's an emergency in my book.

I lived on the border for seven years during quieter times when the PRI ruled Mexico. I am for the wall. I have seen many people wade across the Rio Grande.

Government employees are probably liberals but they are going to be paid for all of the time when they were at home. During the Great Depression, Texas could not pay school teachers so they issued worthless checks and then teachers took them to the banks to be discounted, or so one professor told us. Govt employees without enough cash reserves, and they make more money than private sector workers, can get short term loans on the basis that they will get all of their money eventually. So your point is about inconvenience, like filing with the IRS and paying high rates for big government that gets paid whether they work or not, for example. Actually, I would like to pay them to stay home all the time. We have the army finance center here in Indianapolis and General Bean was in charge of the finance center as well as the now defunct Fort Benjamin Harrison. Indianapolis television asked General Bean upon the occasion of his retirement, "General, how many people work at the army finance center/" He replied, "Oh, about half."
