    A federal judge has sided with the Trump campaign’s request to halt a California law that’s aimed at forcing the president to release his tax returns.

    U.S. District Judge Morrison England Jr. said Thursday that he’ll issue a formal ruling by Oct. 1.

    The ruling marks a major victory for Trump, who is fighting multiple Democratic-led efforts to force him to reveal the returns. California is expected to appeal.

    Anyone with a working brain knows the California law was meant to disenfranchise the entire Republican party in California. If the law stood and Trump complied, the Democrat government in California would create a new obstacle aimed at Trump to keep him off the ballot. And, then the next Republican candidate...

    Actually we all won. If democrats can pass a law specifically to see one person's income tax information, they can pass one that allows them to see everyone's for purely political purposes.
