    Rush Limbaugh moved to Fla -(with no income tax)
    and so did Tom Golisano - who has donated millions for children hospitals, as well other deserving organizations.

    Our high taxes - was probably a main reason - in addition to State Income Tax- NY City also has a City income tax.

    Now how much in taxes, has NY lost with just these two millionaires moving out of NY.
