So do I. I also support the KKK's right to hold rallies. And gays to have gay parades. But that doesn't mean I'm going to attend as Tom Bryant suggested.

These are Could I support, or Should I support question that UoT brought up.

I wouldn't go anywhere near Pam Geller. But I would join the Navy to protect her right to do this.

Yeah, I don't think anybody is attacking the First Amendment with this but as usual the ringleader in Gellar gets the attention while the security guard just doing his job gets the bullet.

Gellar, thank you. She's a shrieking harpy anyways.

Yeah, she's too stupid to understand that she's providing free publicity to ISIS too.

She was smart to pick Texas over some place like Rhode Island. But yeah, her and Bachmann, who RUINED the Tea Party, I don't understand the appeal.

If U.S. Service people weren't the ones who would die over it, I would have a Koran on my BBQ tomorrow. I am tired of hearing from this thin-skinned group of malcontents. I'm sure most of the thinking Americans are with me.

It is Pam Gellar's constitutionally protected right to do what she did. Our confusion or derision should not cloud this.

You are a vile and repugnant person. You are also a thief taking credit for someone else's joke.

    Romans 12:19-20
19 Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,”[a] says the Lord. 20 On the contrary:

    “If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
if he is thirsty, give him something to drink.
In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head.”

    Matthew 5:44
44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,

    Blah blah blah

Two wannabe killers are dead. They sought to slaughter the helpless and unarmed and they paid with their lives. I am not unhappy about that and praise God for the officers that protected the helpless.

Again, this was not meant to be an evangelistic event. It was a free speech event. And the free speech of these people was attacked by the same group as attacked the magazine in Paris.

You are willing to let muslims decide how and when we can use free speech. Those who give up their right to free speech don't deserve it.

Again, she can have all the free speech she wants. But this is not the behavior with which a Christian needs to be associated. Let the unsaved free speech folks stand with her.

Bringing folks to Christ has to be more important to the Christian than standing up for free speech. And associating Christianity with something like this does nothing more than present a stumbling block in sharing the Gospel with Muslims.

I support the right of the Westboro group to do what they do. But I'm not gonna go stand with them and make it look as though I support their wickedness.

Your feelings on God's Holy inspired word perfectly illustrated. Thank you for proving my point.

Yes, they did stand with her and defended her against those who would have murdered her and the others at it. It should have been us defending her freedom to do it. Because one day it will be our churches that are under attack from murderers like these 2.

I am very weary of those who act like this will keep Muslims from hearing the story of Jesus. It is not our reaction against the Muslim extremists who are keeping them from hearing the Gospel. It is the muslims extremists who refuse to allow missionaries in their dictator controlled land.

Why would we we stand in defense of someone trying to purposely instigate. Again, I defend her right to free speech. I don't think Christians should defend what she did. It's anti-Christ.

Oh but it is. Christians lose their platforms with Muslims just like they have with gays and anyone else they don't like because they see a constant display from us of everything but the love of Christ.

They may still reject the truth. But that doesn't take away that Christ says we are to treat our neighbors as ourselves.

How can exposing the truth that Islam is indeed a religion built upon Jihad from the prophet himself though be anti christian?

paul would expose the evilness of that religion if on earth today, would he be wrong to do that?

And islam and homosexuals already rejected the christian views regarding jesus, and they do that despite us showing "love of christ" to them!

Those who are in the darkness HATE the light!

ALL she did was expose islam, by the use of quotes from Koran, and she did not ridicule Muhammed in the cartoons...

Why all this concern for islam, when at its core, it does want to dominate entire world, and to have it done by the sword if need be?

What Isis and others like them are about doing now is what the prophet would endorse if here today!

She ridiculed him by putting him in the cartoons. She knows that and so does the majority of the world.

Does she have the right in the US to draw cartoons with Muhammad in them? Of course. But she also knew the firestorm it would light.

I don't think you've seen anyone express concern for Islam. My concern is for the people. They need Jesus. ANd seeing Christians partnered up with someone who would do this wouldn't do anything for developing a relationship with Muslims whereby they can receive the Gospel.

And what a Christian would be doing in standing with her as she disrespects Muhammad wouldn't have anything to do with Christ either. SO that Christian and the prophet would be no different in their endorsement of wickedness.

It has been done. Mapplethorpe. There was also a play depicting our Lord and his disciples as a bunch of h#m#$3xuals.

And how many enraged Christians grabbed their guns and started shooting those responsible? Zero. None.

But draw Muhammad and you could very well be shot. Therein lies the difference.

If someone makes something offensive about our Lord, we pray for them. We don't shoot them. It is all very sad. The Muslims are lost and hell-bound. Who else would devise such a religion other than Satan?

Not only that but she picked Garland TX for her "Draw the Prophet" confab and specifically the Curtis Culwell Center because CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations) had held a conference there last January, "Stand With the Prophet".

The American Freedom Defense Initiative said it specifically picked the venue for Sunday's event, a school district-owned facility, because it had hosted an event denouncing Islamophobia in January.

What is illustrated is I have no tolerance for those that misuse scripture to score political points, then pat themselves on the back for being so sanctimonious.
