    It's way more than 10 items. Those listed are mostly foreign policy flip-flops. I can't believe these didn't make the list:

    11. Withdraw troops from Iraq within 16 months of taking office. We're on month 27.

    12. Ending the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Instead he sent 30,000 more troops to Afghanistan (and won the Nobel Peace Prize.)

    13. Repealing the Bush tax cuts for the wealthy. Instead he extended them for another 2 years.

    In pure brain, BillyJeff and Hillary were probably the smartest people in the White House in the last century. BillyJeff left us with a balanced budget and a shrinking national debt.
