Understanding the Spread Factors

It might be nice to blame Blue state government incompetence on the highest death rate per 100,000 cases, but does that explain why the death rate in the New York City metropolitan area is about twice as high as the less densely populated areas of our country. Are high rise buildings, where people are packed together in elevators, or subways, or buses the real culprit?

What has been done to mandate more leg-room, head-room and hip-room on trains, buses, and airplanes? How about determining the required air change rate needed to provide the protection of "out doors."

Why were "nursing homes" death traps? People packed too tightly together?

What will be the "density" criteria going forward.

Are we really going to blame the pilots rather than the design. 737 Max anyone?
