    wow. wonder how long before we grant this non-citizen parole.

    Military tribunal, then let him finish blowing himself up on a deserted parking lot.

    The Federal system has no parole. Convicts must serve 85% of their sentence with only 15% off for good behavior.

    he shouldn't be in court, with a lawyer, pleading the 5th. He's not a citizen. He's not afforded those rights.
