urgent prayer for a "teenage missionary"

    One of my 2009 seniors--one of the sharpest kids to come through my group in a long time--is serving on a short-term missions trip at the moment. She is called to missions, and plans to do that for the rest of her life. The depth of her faith is nothing short of amazing.

    Here's the rub...her missions team is in...Honduras.

    Please pray for her safety, and the safety of her group.

    Also, please pray for her family. Her family are extremely solid Christians...but, of course, this is their daugher (and sister--she has 1 younger sis) we're talking about. Pray that God's peace will envelop them.

    Lord, we are rejoicing that a young lady who was to serve You as a missionary. We pray that you will protect her and other missionaires
    and bring peace to family at this time. We are sure this trip will change
    her life for the good and prepare your will in her future life. In Jesus'

    Thanks guys...they're telling them to sit tight. Good chance she'll be delayed, but they're safe as of now. The US Embassy is aware of their situation...that's encouraging.
