    To be honest I am in total agreement with this, but they are not going far enough. Every women that shows cleavage should also fall under the same law.

    I was eating lunch in my truck the other day and watched a man preparing to wash his car. His pants were completely below his backside. I would almost swear that he had another layer of underwear on under his boxers that were visible. It was almost comical watching him trying to get something out of his pockets. He was standing there trying to look nonchalant, but it just wasn't working. Fortunately, I was too far away for him to hear me laughing.
