    Constitutionally speaking, it is a right.

    The constitution, however, is not infallible.

    I do not believe that humans have the inherent right to democracy, but I enjoy my constitutional right to vote.

    They do all lie, unfortunately. They want the power. I'm tired of it.

    Bush Sr. said, "Read my lips, no new taxes." What did he do after he was elected? :rolleyes:

    Clinton lied when he said he didn't have sexual relations with Monica.

    Which anti-abortion president tried to ban abortion? If they are against it why hasn't any of them tried to overturn Roe v. Wade?

    So, what has voting done for me? Not much but waste my time. Unless, if this time someone is elected that overturns Roe v. Wade and so on it's just a waste of time.

    In my personal view, It's a right set up by the founding fathers of our nation. One thing I will comment on is the fact that voting really doesn't have that much power. We have the power of the ballot, but in truth how much power does that really give? We vote to elect people who are more qualifed to run our country. That basically means... voteing may be a right but we really as a people don't have that much say in how the government is ran.
