War with China?

    I rarely post here in the politics section of the BB, but yesterday a Chinese student of mine shared something interesting. His father (still in China and recently saved, but a member of the CCP) pointed out that war with us or Taiwan (same thing) is not on the table because the Chinese economy is so awful right now.

    On the other hand, I believe it to be an historical fact that nations sometimes wage war to turn the attention of the suffering populace out away from their misery. What do you think?

    Of course then there is the 120,000 man army the Chinese have right across the border in Canada, waiting to invade us as a (gullible) friend told me.... :Biggrin

    Interesting to get info directly from the average Joewan in China.

    Just saw a story of more than 1,000 young Chinese men, with suitcases, crossing the southern border. Maybe the invasion has already started.

    Ezekiel chapter 38:4 and Ezekiel chapter 39:2 both start with the exact same 6 words: "And I will turn the back"

    Regardless of the conquest ambitions of the various Gog-Magog nations, God WILL put hooks in their jaws, changing their direction, and bring them against His people Israel exactly as prophesied.

    "And I will turn thee back", makes sense as redirection of nations in conquest mode.

    Hamon-gog awaits the Gog-Magog Alliance of nations.

    Yeah. Remember back in the day when everyone was worried about Japan taking over the US financially? They were going to buy up most of the US and kind of become our rulers. That was a failure! Deja vu! :Biggrin

    China is refusing to do what we tell them to do. So the us threatens them with Taiwanese independence, which is war. China has already surpassed us as the number one economy, that's a done deal. We threaten war because we like telling other nations what to do. They don't like us telling them what to do.

    Biden won’t war with China. He likes the payoffs too much to confront them.
