How to prove with the help Bible, what the water christening (baptism) does not rescue, and rescues only believe?

The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:
    (1Pe.3:21)

I think we understand that the word "baptize" in scripture is referring to complete immersion. And that we are "buried with Him in death" and raised to walk in newness of life.

No, baptism is both a testimony of what has taken place in our lives and an act of obedience to God. Salvation has already taken place.

    Greetings from the U.S.A.

    Dear brother in Moscow,

In Acts 10 we find that Peter shared the gospel with Cornelius and his household, and as they were listening to the Gospel, the Holy Spirit fell upon them as they believed. They were then baptized. Notice especially that they received the Holy Spirit, a witness to their salvation, before they were baptized.

    44. While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who were listening to the message.
    45. All the circumcised believers who came with Peter were amazed, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out on the Gentiles also.
    46. For they were hearing them speaking with tongues and exalting God. Then Peter answered,
    47. "Surely no one can refuse the water for these to be baptized who have received the Holy Spirit just as we did, can he?"
    48. And he ordered them to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they asked him to stay on for a few days.
