    What is that???? A 'tax' on air????

    That sounds like 'fraud' to me....

    Oh, that's right: Its an 'investment' like a mob payoff for 'protection' so one can keep on doing business ignoring the (environmental) rules that they establish and hang others on.

    Another word for 'fraud' is 'privileged'. and 'investment' sounds like an insiders jargon for (bribes) turning appearances into 'facts' in the minds of the ignorant who accept this churning of money as a legitimate exercise of conscience and environmental responsibility ...and 'investment' which it is not....
