Actually, "For What It's Worth" was written and sung by the also young Stephen Stills.

Right. I meant the band featured Neil Young, not the song, but you're right. Stephen Stills was also a part of that band and did sing that song.

Maybe it's just me, but I tend to think of Stephen Still's non-CSN stuff as consisting mostly of Manassas and solo.

Well, it does now. Several years ago I read an interview with Neil Young. The interviewer asked him whether he kept up with the other members of The Buffalo Springfield. Young said that they get together to play about once a month. That got my hopes up for a reunion tour. I'm still waiting.

    I've heard the same thing.

I know that they were talking about doing something when they reunited at the Rock and Roll HoF induction.

I was hanging out in a recording studio, about 20 years ago, I dated the girl who took care of the horses, at the time, and I met Stephen Stills & Graham Nash, along with Arlo Guthrie, who were rehearsing there. Graham Nash was a complete gentleman, Stills was a drunken mess. It was a slap in the face to meet him.

But he is a great guitar player, songwriter, and 30 or 40 years ago he could actually sing.

Right now, Phyllis has Mannheim Steamroller, cranked.

I like Stephen Stills. He puts on a terrible show, but I still like him.

The first concert I ever went to was after my freshman year in college in 1970. Three of us met in Louisville to see Stills solo. We got to hear a lot of stuff from his then not-yet-released 1971 first solo album. The concert was quite good. Now, when CSNY perform Neil Young tends to kind of take over. I don't complain because, 30 years ago, I wished he would do more.

Yesterday, we treated ourselves to a variety of John Rutter, Manheim Steamroller, Boston Camerata's An American Christmas, and John Denver and the Muppets.
