What Did paul mean By "Not Under the Law, But Under Grace?"

    Does he refer here to just how one is made right before/right God?

    or is it in a broader context, that we are literally not govern by the laws/rules of God from the OT times, but by law in our hearts, being empowered to keep them by Holy Spirit residing in us?
