what do you want to be when you grow up

hi there,
i was just wondering what most of you have planned job wise for when you are older? i am headed towards mission work, i was just wondering what others my age are wanting to do when they grow up.

I was just reading in the paper about an environmentalist who at 12 gave a speech to the group she is working with now in her twenties. Talk about focus! This girl knew what she was interested and developed her talents and knowledge accordingly. I was impressed!

Well I think after college I'd like to teach in a Christian school, or maybe become a social worker to folks in the hosptials. {I'd like to have been a nurse, but dear me! I'd give a child a shot, they'd cry, and then I'd be crying for em! I just can't STAND to see anything in pain! It's almost like I can feel it for them!}
But more than anything, if God would allow it one day I just want to be a wife and momma.I ask nothing more than that for my life when I'm grown. I can think of nothing better! To raise a family for God's service, to have the chance to influance the most precious people in my life. I can't think of anything aside of going Home to Heaven that would give me more joy!
Right now I just want to help and be a blessing to all I meet. I truely wish I could reach out to more, but I have such a joy when I'm able to do something for someone or say something that would make someone's day better. I need more compassion and pray for it daily.
I guess you could say I'm a vessel of honor in the making! Not what I should be, and never acheiving perfection, but being what I can with God's grace.

I am headed in 2 directions. The first is i am headed toward the music industry. I am in a christian band that is really focused right now. And im hoping to get into the gaming industry. Making games developing them.

But right now I'm headed in the direction of Bioinformatics, which is a sorta-new field that applies computer science and analysis to biological problems, like analyzing DNA and such.

Well when I grow up I want to go to Crown College for a teachers degree/ or a husbands degree (hee-hee) and then I either want to be a missionary or a Pastors wife. I really am just waiting for the Lord to tell me what He wants me to do with my life.

Anyways, I's gonna ask, is Crown College the same as Tennesee Temple? That's were my pastor went, and I'm trying to figure out if they are the same.

God has called me to do missions work though teaching. "Be a teacher on the mission field" I am so excited to go to college and ever thing. My mom and dad went to Tennessee temple on their second anniversery.

I want to go into broadcast communications as well! I think it would be a great opportunity in my life to spread what I believe in. Has anyone ever watched the O'Reiley Factor? He debates with polital people. I want to do that, but use my Christian background and belief to debate. I believe this is what God is calling me to do. I think it would be a GREAT way for people to hear God's Word and what's right!
