I was reading some old threads and I am wondering what happened to a few posters.

    One was Npetrely.
I always liked him and now it says he was banned but I have no idea why. He was always knowledgeable and courteous with his post almost all the time.

Then there was His Blood spoke My Name. I did a search and can't even find his posts anymore.
Joseph Botwinick is another I miss, but I actually have talked with him on another forum.

I didn't find anything by HBSMN. Not sure what happened to him.
    I did find the others.

I tried again and found several.
I am not sure what I did wrong the first time.

I miss johnp from England. He took a hiatus for several months in 2006, reappeared in early 2007 and just as mysteriously disappeared in May 2007.

    Come back John.

He was very hyper, if you ask me. Did you read his posts? He essentially said God caused to people to sin. If ever there was a calvinist on whom you could pin the "robot" argument, it was johnp.

They were all banned for just cause if you ask me. Vitriolic filled posts would be the reason.

I remember that the entire board's salvation was questioned if they didn't believe that consuming alcohol was a sin.

I don't even drink, but still don't think it is a sin. Therefore....someone (now banned) didn't have much confidence in my faith in Jesus, or anyone elses.

There are others on here that believe that but they don't say it in so many words so they avoid being shown the door.

"Vitriolic" now there is a five dollar word if ever there was one!

I agree, and I have even ran into some administrators and moderators that say some things the above mentioned "banee's" did. Fact is, we are all human and say things we shouldn't at times. Some just get found out.

    Very true.

The only one I question is Npetrely.
I don't remember him every being nasty in a thread. That is not to say it could not have happened, I get that way sometimes and then regret it later.

nrpeterely(sp) was the guy with the Angry Beavers icon? If so, he had a good sense of humor and really livened things up on here. :)
