    So...he determines who he elects...but in some miraculous way doesn't determine who isn't. He's sovereign in salvation...yet not sovereign in reprobation.

    I would expect to find such false doctrine on TBN.

    Actually, you would find it taught in Romans!

    God has chosen out from sinful Humananity a faithful emnant for His glory, starting with the Jews at time of Christ, and He allows the rest to do and to receive as they willfully desire...

    Perfect example of question begging.

    Please supply the passage where active election doesn't also lead to active non election.

    Edited to reply to the rest...so man has free will to be a reprobate and no free will to be saved. God sovereignly dictates the steps of the elect to ensure salvation...yet God is not sovereign in letting man's will run free in reprobation.

    What a steaming pile.

    The message of the Cross is such to those not saved, but those of us here saved by it, its sweet smelling indeed!
