If you really love someone, then you will marry them and not have sex untill you are married. Commitment first, and then the benifits of that commitment follow.

It is wrong. Even if you really love someone, they may not be the person that God has chosen. You wind up giving away the most precious gift that you have to give to your husband or wife (and only that person). I've seen it mess up relationships that everyone thought were "made in Heaven". I've also seen couples who knew that God had chosen them for each other that chose to wait until after the preacher had said "I now pronouce you man and wife" and they are much stronger in their love for each other and their trust (and committment) becuase of the waiting.

this is actually also my opinion.
but i think not many people share this opinion, cause sex has become a sort of hobby, like football.
it is a source of fun and this is wrong.
but it is also wrong to marry at the age of 18, for example, only to be allowed to have sex.

Being faithful to your marriage partner means being faithful even before marriage, so that your marriage will not be violated. There are personal, quiet blessings from God for the two of you if you obey Him here that I cannot even begin to explain.

Think of it as a marriage gift to each other in a sort of different way: someday when you are sick in the hospital, or anything happens that causes a lack of sexual contact for some extended period of time, both of you will be able to rest in the confidence of the fidelity of the other. After all, if you were able to restrict yourselves before marriage, when the love and temptation were so strong, then there are no worries about later.

God always honors obedience. Go for broke. Make your marriage the absolute best it can be. After all, you are supposed to live with it the rest of your life! Don't cheat yourself out of God's blessings on your physical union by indulging prematurely.

It is still adultery. Adultery is sex outside of marriage. That part is simple.
