Make sure the possum isn't playing dead before you start making fajitas out of it! :tongue3:

Tonight is baked bbq chicken, salad, scalloped potatoes, and nice warm French bread fresh from the oven. (okay the bread is in a refrigerated Pillsbury can and you just pop the can and bake it, but doesn't it sound more nice the way I worded it? hehehe)

We had our Christmas Dinner tonight since my daughter just arrived last night. We had an Italian traditional dish of bollito misto made with top sirloin and brisket, slow-cooked with potatoes, carrots, onions and celery, gorgonzola sauce and green sauce, broccoli, cranberry fluff salad, grape salad, relish tray, rolls, sparkly blueberry pomegranate lemonade, and Noel Ice Cream Cups for dessert - our own Christmas Dinner dessert recipe tradition. Merry Christmas everyone!! :love2:
