Right, but creation bears witness "To what?"

God as a Creator, but not as a Savior

But what does it bear witness to? You're assuming that "God as creator" is knowledge already within us :)

You're saying we have spiritual information within us a part from being spiritual?

Lost sinners are able to discern that there must be a Being who created all things....

LOL! But you believe lost sinners are totally depraved, spiritually dead. So what could it bear witness to???

Sinners cannot know God in a saving sense, but can and do know that God exists in some way, as they recreate God in their own image to worship that false god...

    Come on, brother.

How can knowledge of God in Creation Bear witness to us if it does not have something to bear witness to??? Maybe we aren't spiritually dead in the manner your analogy says we are :)

They are not "saved" in the same we are. We responded to the revealed Gospel of Jesus Christ...they did not.

    You said...

    What revelation saved them?

It was not the Gospel of Jesus Christ. No man knew of Jesus Christ until He appeared, and then, not even His disciples understood they were to believe on His death, burial, and Resurrection.

So what is the "special revelation" they received, and how do you explain the Holy Spirit saving men prior to being sent in the capacity of Comforter? The Disciples did not receive Him until Pentecost.

So explain the two elements you say the Old Testament Saints were saved by.

    God bless.

There is a difference between knowing God and knowing about God, just as there is a difference between knowing Christ and knowing about Him (those two statements are, BTW, identical).

The OT saints the the verbal revelation from God unto them at times, and there was also the written form unto them, correct?
